Today I am talking Haircare! Particularly with the changing season I think it's really beneficial to change up your haircare products/routine a little. I find my hair can sometimes get too 'used' to the products I've been using and get good results by just switching things up once in a while, the same goes for skincare!
You may remember back in April I included the Argan
Oil Hair Treatment by Hair Xpertise in my March Love List. I was struggling with
very dry ends and looking for a little something extra to revive it. This
product really made a difference to the texture of my hair after drying and I've
been using it ever since!
Recently I have been trying out Hair Xpertise Argan Renew Shampoo & Conditioner as well as the Argan Oil Hydrating Shampoo*. The Argan Renew products are formulated with Argan Anti Age Complex and contain "energising Caffeine nourishing Marula and Argan Oil to help strengthen and protect hair" They also boast a high concentration of antioxidants, nutrients, and nourishing and hydrating effects of Marula and Argan Oil which are designed to leave your hair looking "younger, feeling fuller, thicker and more manageable with incredible shine from root to tip." The Hydrating Shampoo is enriched with Hydrolyzed Soy Proten and Argan Oil to help "nourish and moisturise whilst helpin to condition and rive hair for soft, shiny results."

My hair is quite fine so therefore I find the roots get oily quickly and it looks flat, however the ends are very dry so it's difficult to find products to balance that out. I found both shampoos to lather up well plus they smell incredible!
Argan Oil is already well known for it's hair care benefits and improving manageability but what I really like is that the Argan Renew also contains caffeine and that is supposed to energise the hair follicles and with any luck encourage my hair to grow a bit faster as mine is so incredibly slow - perhaps down to my long term medication. Both shampoos but particularly the Argan Renew left my hair feeling beautifully soft, light and swishy afterwards! If my hair is feeling more dehydrated I go for the Hydrating Shampoo but on the whole the Argan Renew is the best for my hair type. My Mum loves using the Hydrating Shampoo on her very dry and coarse hair, it has become her new favourite.
The conditioner was lovely, with the same gorgeous fragrance as the other products. I find my hair literally drinks conditioner at the moment so at times I needed something a bit more to soften my hair. Overall however a lovely product to use in conjunction with the shampoo and of course I finish with a couple of pumps of my beloved Argan Oil before drying!
