Don’t you think we should stop ‘living for the weekend’ and start celebrating every
day more?! For me it’s the little things in life that always make me the happiest. I’d love to know what yours are. For me the little things that make me happy include: snuggles with my cat, listening to my favourite songs or a
new episode of my favourite tv show, seeing the spring blossoms, doing my own ‘at home pamper nights’ or catching up with a friend - especially when there is cake involved!
The new

is the perfect delicious treat to share with someone for that ‘just because’ occasion! I shared some with a friend last Easter weekend over a catch up in the beautiful spring sunshine. Which was so lovely! Not only the fact it was
actually nice enough weather to sit out over Easter but to spend some quality time with one of my oldest friends.
My Easter weekend was a really quiet and chilled one at home. Which is just what I needed I think to recharge! I’m lucky enough to live by the sea,
something which I think I sometimes take for granted as I’ve lived here all my life. So I took my camera and Mum and I went for a couple of walks by the sea this weekend, watching the waves is one of the most relaxing things ever I think. I also did a bit
of planning and organising which always puts me in a really good headspace to tackle the week ahead.
Obviously I also had to share this Galaxy
Ripple Celebration Cake with my family over Easter as they spied it soon after it arrived and not a lot comes between them and cake - I guess that must be where I get it from!
Tell me I’m not the only one who is guilty of liking to warm cakes up sometimes so they’re more like a pudding and the buttercream becomes the sauce?! I’m telling you it’s a truly indulgent thing. Well this one is a great ‘warmer’ and makes it even more delicious,
I can’t even deal!
